ABOUT

Created in 2021, the ARC Program builds a bridge between two distinct populations within the UVM community – faculty who develop great innovations but have limited time to put into the difficulties of the commercialization effort that often is beyond their specialized skill set – and students who seek entrepreneurial skill development and more pragmatic learning opportunities.

The goal of this program is to harness the creative entrepreneurial energy of students to get promising innovation out of the lab and into the world while providing entrepreneurship training and business development skills for these students to apply in real-world situations at UVM and beyond.

ARC begins by taking promising faculty or student innovations and then assembling small teams of motivated students to work with the technology and venture out to create viable plans to bring the technology to market.

THANK YOU
